On another hilltop hamlet of three houses and a handsome romanesque chapel in the Pla de l'Estany region, Can Carboner offers comfort and practicality in a soignéed setting. The house, measuring 150m2, was only recently renovated, and it looks as thought the owners, a young couple who live across the road, spared no expense in making it comfortable and stylish.

Downstairs there is a spacious and well equipped modern kitchen (including dishwasher) and beyond that, a combined dining/living room of 30m2, air-conditioned, with fireplace, a big TV, and large French doors opening onto a the garden, with sitting area and a barbecue on a well-kept lawn.
