Many of you have rented apartments from me (from this website) in the past. I am happy to say that aside from the Canvis Nous studio, I have given up Barcelona apartment rentals for good.

Here is one studio in Barcelona�s best location and a couple nice places just outside of town. I hope to add more villas like these soon.

Casa Aloe

up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms this is one of the only newly constructed houses we offer, but when I saw it, I couldn´t resist. Since adding Casa Aloe to our listings in 2002, it has consistently been one of our most successful properties, breaking all records for occupancy. Why?  Situated in a leafy residencial village overlooking a quality golf course (Vallromanes Golf, with green fees) just 20 minutes north of Barcelona, and a short (10km) drive from the beaches fronting the attractive coastal wine-growing town of Alella, this elegant and spacious villa, with a private garden and swimming pool and sauna (both maintained year-round!) has exactly what many of you are looking for, and at the right price! Perfectly situated near main roads for easy exploration of both Barcelona and the Costa Brava.  Minimum 2 weeks in July and August.

Casa Sant Juan

Casa Sant Juan sleeps 17 or so in 9 bedrooms, in two different houses on a 35 hectaire hillside property under pines, 30 kms north of Barcelona, 12 kms inland from the beaches around Mataro, located a few kms from there the C-60 from the coast intersects the A-7 between France and Barcelona - an excellent location.  The first house, Casa Gran, has been newly inaugurated this year and is quite luxuriously appointed, with central air conditioning and heating, while the other 4 bedroom house is rather simple, and I´ve been renting this house for years now.  Each house has its own outdoor BBQ dining area, and both share the 10x6 meter swimming pool.  With the addition of the new 5 bedroom, Casa San Juan will be of interest to all different kinds of groups.  Priced for the two houses only from mid-July to end August, you can pick and choose from the two houses according to your needs and budget the rest of the year.  Highly recommended, for small and larger groups alike, who wish to be in a nice quiet location, but not far from Barcelona and the sea.

Sat to Sat rentals in high-season, rental rates, high-season: 3000 Euros, and for the rest of the year, calculate about 45 Euros per person per night. Check with me for firm quote for your dates. The owners don´t want to go emtpy!
